Information we access
After you authorize a YouTube connection, we access the channel identifier and channel name to show which channel is connected. Google also provides authorization tokens so the tool can upload videos without asking you to sign in for each upload. We do not receive your Google password.
How we use it
We use the channel information to display and select the destination for a video. We use the authorization tokens only to upload videos you choose or videos covered by an automatic upload schedule you enable. We do not use Google user data to generate scripts, images, or voices, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Storage and sharing
Channel information and authorization tokens are stored in a local file on the Mac running QI Video Studio. The tool also keeps locally created scripts, media files, video history, and publishing status. We send the selected video and its title and description to YouTube when publishing. We do not send your YouTube channel information or authorization tokens to the services used to create scripts, illustrations, or audio.
Your choices
You can choose whether to connect a channel, which videos to upload, and whether to enable an automatic daily upload schedule. You can withdraw QI Video Studio's Google access in your Google Account connections. To request deletion of the locally stored channel connection and related records, contact us at phamhungnd.951@gmail.com.
Retention and security
The local tool keeps connection and video records until they are removed by the operator or upon a deletion request. The local data file is restricted to the Mac owner's account. Protecting access to that Mac is important because it holds the authorization tokens.
Google API data
QI Video Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Contact and changes
For privacy questions or requests, email phamhungnd.951@gmail.com. We may update this policy when the tool's data practices change and will post the revised date here.
